Every worker is a person, possessing particular abilities, individual thinking and aims. In order to meet them the most favourable conditions are harmonious surroundings, stimulating knowledge updating, development of positive thinking, creativity and consistent efforts. Willing to have a proactive colleague with mastered professional knowledge and capabilities, able to reach goals, we provide individual development means in the academy of "Elektromontuotojas".

Knowledge and skills enable every worker to act successfully. In friendly surroundings passed knowledge, abilities and ideas step by step create new understanding, help to find quick and best solution of the task.

Looking for effective ways in order to stimulate constant knowledge spread and create learning surroundings, in academy of "Elektromontuotojas" we saved up great experience, baggage of necessary knowledge and training means. We came into cooperative contacts with various training organizations.

Learning is a constant process, here the unknown become known, creativity and yet undiscovered inner resources are developed, here it is cooperated, better solutions are found. Because of this achievements are experienced. The academy’s activity is based on these principles. Knowledge of the academy is constantly renewed according to the requirements of the company and workers. It is an open, continuous system with simple structure and clear management tools.
